Senior engineers who build and run the trading systems. C++ and Python depth in APAC, low-latency connectivity globally, and ML / AI infrastructure. We work with both prop HFT firms and systematic hedge funds, and we know the difference. For the most contested seats, math or CS olympiad backgrounds (or equivalent competitive-programming pedigree) are a strong signal.
