How a search runs.

Five phases. Six to twelve weeks. The work that earns you a tier-one hire — and earns the candidate the conviction to leave their seat.

Week 1

Calibration

We start by sitting with you. Title alone never tells the story — we map the team, the platform's risk culture, the comp band, the strategy mandate, and the cultural fit. We leave the room with a target spec we can defend.

Week 1–3

Research

We map the universe of qualified candidates. Existing employer, track record, P&L, strategy style, geography, motivation. The output is a longlist no other firm has — built from primary research, our network, and five years of pipelined data.

Week 2–4

Outreach

Discreet first contact, off-paper. We don't surface candidates who aren't truly engaged. Each call is a calibration check on the brief and an honest read on fit, comp expectations, and timing — before either side commits time.

Shortlist

Three to five candidates, fully vetted, with reference triangulation. You see comp benchmarks, candidate motivation, expected counter-offers, and our honest read on each — including the candidate we'd hire if we were you.

Placement & integration

We support every interview. We negotiate the offer alongside your team, manage counter-offer scenarios in real time, and stay engaged through the first ninety days post-start — because a placement that doesn't stick isn't a placement.
