Engagement

Five phases. Six to twelve weeks.

01Week 1

Calibration

A 60-minute brief. We map the seat, the team, the comp band, the strategy mandate, and the cultural fit. We leave with a target spec we can defend.

02Week 1–3

Research

We map the universe of qualified candidates from primary research, our network, and five years of pipelined data. The output is a longlist no other firm has.

03Week 2–4

Outreach

Discreet first contact, off-paper. Each call is a calibration check on the brief and an honest read on fit, comp expectations, and timing.

04Week 4–7

Shortlist

Three to five candidates, fully vetted, with reference triangulation. You see comp benchmarks, candidate motivation, and our honest read on each.

05Week 7–12

Placement & integration

We support every interview, negotiate the offer alongside your team, and stay engaged through the first ninety days post-start.

Every search runs through a partner. From the calibration call to placement, the partner who originates the search is the one you deal with — no junior handoff, no relay.

No candidate names leave our door without your knowledge or theirs. Confidentiality is the default.

Honest market read

If a mandate is mispriced, miscalibrated, or unwinnable as briefed, we'll tell you in week one. We'd rather decline than under-deliver.

Reference triangulation

Every shortlisted candidate is reference-checked against people who saw the work in production — not just CV references.

Ninety-day engagement

We stay close through onboarding. Most placements that fail, fail in the first ninety days. We're built to keep them on track.

No volume, no rebill

We take a small number of mandates at any one time, so every search gets full partner attention. We're paid only on successful placement — and if a placement doesn't hold, we re-run the search at no additional fee.
