The mandate
Greenfield crypto build inside a major systematic fund, anchored in London. Mandate covers spot, perps, and basis. The hire will lead the desk and run their own book day one, with a path to building a team. Equities or futures background a plus — the firm wants someone who can bring institutional rigor.
