Your CV doesn't leave us until you've approved a specific introduction. We have never published, listed, or shared a candidate identity without explicit consent.
No volume, no spam
We work a small number of mandates with conviction. You will hear from us when there is a specific role we believe is a fit. You will not hear from us otherwise.
Honest read on fit
When we don't think a role is right for you, we say so — and explain why. We're paid only when a placement holds, so we'd rather lose the search than pressure you into a seat that won't last.
Full-picture offer guidance
We walk you through every offer alongside your current package — cash, deferred, equity, benefits, vesting risk, and the actual scope of responsibilities. Comp bands and market context included. The goal is that you understand the full trade, not just the headline number.
Stay engaged through ninety days
After offer accept, we stay close through onboarding and the first ninety days. Most placements that fail, fail in that window. We're built to support both sides through it.
